At 1st Step Shoes & Bags, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your footwear or accessories, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags attached; our team will verify the condition to approve the return.

  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack the items and ship them back to our central warehouse using a traceable courier service of your choice.

  Refund or Replacement

  Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
